Sayonara Big Wall of Circles!

Comments

AHH..I came this close to buying that bird painting a couple months ago. I just love it. What a great gift!

I get to paint next month..FUN! (maybe)
Bye, bye bubbles.

I liked the big circles, but the fact that they painted them around the art seems just sort of dumb. I like your choices for paintings -- really good. The words of wisdom reminds me of your letter collage that you posted a while back.

Nice taste in art, Cori! You seem to have such an old soul... i hope you are blessed in your new home.

I love the paintings. Very nice!

Are you sure it wouldn't have been easier to just complete the circles? Of course, I realize I shouldn't be saying this after you have painted it oh, 4 times.
Such a good gift! My brother and SIL done good. :)

Painting wasn't so bad. Then again, I just had one giant rectangle to paint. Four times.
Yeah, the circles weren't that bad...but behind the art was! There was also an inordinate number of pencil/pen marks, extra nails, etc. I couldn't believe how many times they messed up before getting the art up there correctly!
Thank you! I appreciate your kind words. :)
I thought about it, but I don't have the brown paint, nor do I have the green/yellow "highlight" paint that is impossible to see in the photo (oh yes, there is highlight paint!). Plus, I want to hang a lot of small art, so I think the circles would have competed with the artwork.
Can't wait to see it!
Guess that means we'll have to have another girls' night! Darn!
I liked the circles. I'm the kind of person that would paint circles on my wall just as an accent wall. I probably wouldn't center my art around it though. I like that teal color too. I love painting walls. It's so satisfying.

Good job painting! (And wouldn't you think that it would be more work to stop the circles around the art rather than just doing the whole wall? Weird.) I like the art too. I hope you'll show a picture of the finished product!
